A few months ago we found Paypal have their office in Shanghai of China handle all the customers from the Asia. We use the Paypal 10 years ago and we want a service provided and maintained by by a reliable US company and there is never a problem but unfortunately now we was serviced by their Shanghai office. They update the system and this result in when some customers confirm to buy, the language is set to Chinese automatically, a Chinese page is appeared, paypal still cannot fix the problem. We pay higher money for a high quality of service by US company but now the service is provided by a cheap China office (cheaper labours cost, cheaper maintainence costs.....), we hope Paypal not only concentrate on earning more money but also take care of their customers especially those who have been use their service for a long time.

We are so sorry for it and we can do nothing, Paypal told us that customer can change the language setting of their browser. We still waiting for Paypal to solve the problem but now we cannot report this problem to their head office in the US!!!! Our paypal official site shows only the Asia office contact information!
