In case you want a replacement because of the camera is defective, you must contact us within 7 days after you receive the order and you need to send back the item in the original factoy condition without any signs of use or wear within 7 days after our email communication. You take the responsibility for the return shipping and insurance. Once we receive the returned item in the original factory condition. We will issue the replacement or full refund. All shipping cost cannot be refund and we need to charge the second shippment (basic on the model),
and also extra handling and re-stocking fee of US$30 for each refund/replace order in case the camera is not defective.
